The {{geode-assembly:acceptanceTest}} task builds a docker image, before the tests start, for use by tests. This step recently broke since the upstream openjdk bas container didn't seem to support the version of Windows we run. Since we don't run dockerized tests on Windows in any case this step is not necessary.
