I am aware of [https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-validation-core/] (still based on [https://sling.apache.org/documentation/development/slingstart.html]) and [https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-jcr-repoinit] (based on pax exam). Not sure if we have a good example which leverages [http://sling.apache.org/components/slingfeature-maven-plugin/,] though.
