As this is being done, I think it would be fairly easy to remove the other used types as well. I do not believe that the unsigned types are currently properly implemented, although they do have functions that reference their holder types, they do not appear to be referencing code that appropriately treats the byte java primitive values as unsigned when operating on them. We should probably remove them from code generation until they are fixed.
