Master not running

Build master from scratch using pull from this morning.

Master builds, but does not run using 'mvn -pl :cloud-client-ui jetty:run' due using to the following issues:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-3918  (work around:  delete "UcsManager" entry from  ./client/tomcatconf/applicationContext.xml.in)

I would be especially grateful for a workaround to the SQL issue in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-3919
