reproduce steps:
1)new a file with open and edit password
2)Check and no check "Open file read-only" checkbox 
3)open file, and check if it is read-only mode

defect:
no matter user check or no check "Open file read-only" checkbox, user open file
in read-only mode

another:
if default mode is read-only mode, "Open file read-only" checkbox need check in
default.
