Summary: [PATCH] FTP Task enhancement to a site command to be
sent to FTP server after login
Product: Ant
Version: unspecified
Platform: Other
OS/Version: other
Status: NEW
Severity: enhancement
Priority: P2
Component: Optional Tasks
AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
ReportedBy: sissonj@insession.com
This simple patch to the Ant FTP task adds the optional "initialcommand"
attribute that specifies a site command to be sent to the FTP server after
connecting.
For example, this can be used with FTP servers that allow you to set (via a FTP
server specific command) the mode it should operate in (e.g. using a UNIX file
system or a legacy file system.
The doc changes in the patch assume that this will be included in the 1.7 release.
