Now IoService has three methods:
* getManagedServiceAddresses() - returns a set of SocketAddresses (bind addresses)
* getManagedSessions(SocketAddress) - returns a set of IoSerssions with the specified service address (bind address)
* isManaged(SocketAddress) - returns true if the specified service address is in use (bound)
