Right now mandatory only cuboid is invalid, for historic reason. However in certain cases, calculating one more small cuboid can be very helpful.

Concerning backward compatibility, will add a new flag in kylin.properties, when turned only, mandatory only cuboid then becomes valid.

Note changing the flag will require rebuild all existing cubes.
