[jira] Created: (CONTINUUM-2029) Send notification on release perform

Send notification on release perform
------------------------------------

                 Key: CONTINUUM-2029
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CONTINUUM-2029
             Project: Continuum
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Release
    Affects Versions: 1.2.2
            Reporter: Wendy Smoak

It would be nice to get notifications of the release perform step.

For release prepare, the scm system can handle notification, but perform is essentially another build and should have notification.
