Mnemonic meeting minutes (01/02/2021)

Hi All

Please see the meeting minutes today:

  1.  Call for Apache Mnemonic version 0.13.0. release passed with 6 "+1". Thank you all for the support and voting!
  2.  Release planning is on track. Release candidate 0.13.0-rc1 is ready for upload, and call for release voting will be sent out soon.
  3.  Require devs to associate completed JIRA tasks to version 0.13.0 to prepare the release change log
  4.  Discussion on possible next milestone of upgrading JDK8 to JDK 11/14 for 0.14.0.
  5.  Q&A on durable object code example, and memory mapping with memory services
  6.  Dev volunteered on improving mnemonic website to update outdated information
