[mp2] httpd-2.1 test failures

1. Problem Description:

 httpd-2.1/darwin test failures.
(same results regardless of which perl version (5.6.1/5.8.3) I used)

confirmed fixed.
thanks 2.1.0-dev & mod-perl-dev is installed!
now .. lets try to figure out 2.0.49-dev ;(

hmm.  while I don't use darwin, I don't know of any outstanding 2.1 issues -
I build against it nightly, fix issues as soon as I see them, and haven't
seen incompatibilities for a few weeks.

that's highly suspicious.  is this a fresh checkout and non-root build?
