Sebastian Rühl having troubles to create his Apache ID

Hi,

Sebastian Rühl, who is on the initial committers list is having troubles to create his Apache ID. He signed the ICLA but received a mail with

"New accounts will not be created for contributors without an invitation from an ASF Project.“

He already talked to Chris about this who wanted to take care of this. Chris has now gone on vacation and I don’t know where we are standing with this. Since Chris really should take his time to relaxe I’m simply taking this over from him :-) Does anybody know what to do now to get Sebastians Apache ID created?

I’ve sent an email off that should sort it out - it may take a fews days given the holiday period.
