   I do not think this is going to work, because the updates to the description is something that only authors are doing and there is no tracking for history.
   Also take the example of Rejected approach, not sure whom had rejected that ? and whom thought does reflects.
   In fact, i might not agree that Apache Arrow is not a good candidate, in fact am looking to see if we can use it to stream bulk data from Druid and expose it a standard interface to export data to another execution engine...
