   Thanks for reporting the issue. This warning log is from the controller side when server is trying to commit a segment file. It should be called once per segment commit, so not sure why it hits the S3 rate limit. Also, this warning itself won't block the segment commit, so there has to be some other operations failed due to hitting the S3 rate limit. Can you please check the log and see if there is any ERROR log that indicate the segment commit is failing
