BLAST plugin for nutch

Hi,

does anyone know of a BLAST plugin for nutch? BLAST is a protein
similarity searcher. It uses some quite big datasets, and is very
parallellizable. Another thing I don't immediately find is whether a
plugin allows for both custom input handlers, but also custom output
(like the view as HTML for aPDF document).
