Fwd: [PROPOSAL] BatchEE to implement JBatch @apache

Hi,

we are currently discussing on incubator general list about BatchEE
(implementation of JBatch specification).

We will basically start from a fork of IBM RI. The fork itself was
done by myself so no issues on the fork but the question is: do we
need to ask IBM to fill

mail saying it is ok to fork enough (
