[jira] [Created] (AVRO-2752) PHP: Setup as Composer package on Packagist.org

Ben Edmunds created AVRO-2752:
---------------------------------

Summary: PHP: Setup as Composer package on Packagist.org
                 Key: AVRO-2752
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AVRO-2752
             Project: Apache Avro
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: php
            Reporter: Ben Edmunds

Composer is the de facto package manager for PHP.  Not having Avro available as a Composer package on Packagist.org means that this library is impossible to use as a direct dependency in most PHP projects.
