Documentation for Soap and SSL -- commit to CVS please

I touched up this file and added to my section and the troubleshooting
section. More importantly I changed it to HTML. As far as I could tell this
info was not in the cvs docs written by Sam and company. This will no doubt
be very useful to newbies and those using SSL for the first time.

I added Darrel's "Creating X.509 certificate chains" using IBM KeyMan to
the
document and you are able to download it at the same location.
Go to www.idrive.com and enter in simondobbyn  in the visitors field.
