how to migrate tomcat 3.2 to 3.2.3

One of our guys have built tomcat 3.2 for us.
Now we want to upgrate to tomcat 3.2.3.
What are the best ways to do this. What are the 
directories, files, configuration files,
classes that I can move from 3.2 to 3.2.3
to get 3.2.3 work without touch or build
any configuration files. I have not figure out
how to build them yet. Is this possible??

asumption:
The path of the tomcat 3.2.3 is the same path as tomcat 3.2
All the enviroment the same
