1. Open the Set Rack dialog.
2. Without entering a value, click on Cancel. 
3. The dialog does not get dismissed. Instead you see an error message "Should start with a forward slash it may include alphanumeric chars, dots, dashes and forward slashes.".
4. Click on Cancel again and the dialog gets dismissed.
