This is one of those scripts that maybe shouldn't exist in the first place. From what I've gathered it should be possible to set an outputDirectory for the japicmp-plugin by setting {{projectBuildDir}} in the configuration section to something like {{some/constant/path/${project.artifactId}}. This would allow you to trivially move all reports under a single directory.
