   ### Summary
   Localize the demo (mock-mode) audit record details for English UI:
   
   - `AuditRecord` gains an optional `enDetail`; all 18 Chinese-language demo audit records (`mock/audit.ts`) now carry English detail copy (entries 19–25 were already English).
   - The Audit page renders `enDetail` when the UI language is English, falling back to the Chinese detail otherwise.
   
   ### Why
   In demo mode the audit log's detail column was the last Chinese-only surface on an otherwise localized page; English operators now read localized audit copy.
   
   ### Testing
   - `tsc --noEmit` passes (exit 0).
   - `eslint` clean on changed files (0 errors).
   - Vitest: `AuditPage` suite passes (7/7, default-zh assertions unchanged).
