Scribe volunteer (WAS Re: Terminology, requirements, and the F2F meeting)

Glen,

I'm new to Apache SOAP - and I'll be at the conference - so
I like to volunteer to take notes. I also have a minidisc
player if you need a recording of the discussions - in case
I can't keep up.. ;-)
