Projects for GSOC 2019

Hello Isaac, Awasum, Gaurav, Courage, and Sanyam,

tracks the list of project ideas for GSOC 2019. Can you please assign
yourself to the available projects and add any other projects that you are
interested in mentoring?

Please do so at the earliest, so that students have enough time to think
about their applications (the application period is from 25 March - 09 Apr).
