I've taken the initial content and converted it to a templated markdown format for use with the static site generator middleman. I have modified and generated the base skeleton pages and added content where I could. I have also added a README for anyone not familiar with middleman and if anyone has any questions please let me know.

website has been updated with this new content and is available at: http://aurora.incubator.apache.org/
