Finding web server memory using Jmeter

Hi all,
Is there anyway to measure the web server's memory using Jmeter. Now,
I run a script to capture the memory every hour and plot it manually using
staroffice.
Is there any provision is jmeter that does that?

Thanks,
Rajaraman

If you want to monitor an Apache Tomcat Server, you should take a look
at: http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/usermanual/build-monitor-test-plan.html
