RE: Remote testing and user parameters

I also see a need for a more generic Sampler idea - one that can do whatever it wants to the 
test environment.  We previous abstracted out the idea of Modifier to Pre and Post 
Processor.  Maybe in the future we'll add a processor that can be executed in place and be 
free to do as it likes.  Certain elements (Like UserParameters) are pretty indifferent to when 
they run - they could be pre, post, or on-time processors as the user likes.

I'd suggest writing it up as an enhancement request.
