[jira] [Resolved] (HELIX-439) Support thresholding for job success/failure

Kanak Biscuitwala resolved HELIX-439.
-------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

This is now complete. The threshold is a raw number of tasks, and each task has a boolean which, when true, indicates that the success of the task is optional.
