   @surekhasaharan is there a use case when it's necessary to mark as used/unused only non-overshadowed segments when an endpoint is provided with a list of segment ids, `"segmentIds": [...]`? I find it considerably complicating the implementation, and being "too smart" in general: maybe there are reasons why we want to update the state of overshadowed segments. `DruidCoordinatorMarkAsUnusedOvershadowedSegments` should eventually clean it up.
