Thanks [~aromanenko] started a document [here|https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mNqERvvV8oGI_O4tGewH2Kgkq6PQGv3ylmxnaTRBqH8/edit?usp=sharing], which i will fill out a bit further but hopefully will start to get people interested. I have a lot to learn on the Beam runner side to see how feasible this is. Hopefully this doc can be a starting point for those more experienced to get involved.
