[INFO] Rat scan is now included in build process.

Hi,

I wanted to let you know that I have included the rat scan in our build
process. Just add --with-rat-scan to your configure call and build the
office. Then look in
ext_libraries/ratscan/<platform>/misc/aoo-3.5-rat-scan-output.html for
the report. More details in the issue comments [1]
and soon in a Wiki page.

Note that at the moment this works only on Linux without errors. On
both Windows and Mac there are problems with the XSLT transformation
that turns the intermediate XML data in the HTML report. This is a
general problem.

Cool stuff.
I did not had the chance to try it out, but it will of course help us a lot in
the future.
