This test has three composites and tries to override the default properties defined in the implementation.

for example
1. Implementation level
2. Component level
3. Composite reference level.

Patch applied. Thanks for your contribution.  I have added this as 'admin' under sca\itests and reorganized the packages and resources a bit.
