Log:
PDFBOX-392: Remove or replace the ICC profiles

Dropped the ICC profiles due to licensing issues with Java Advanced Imaging.

This change breaks the PDDeviceCMYK class. To make it work, the user needs to explicitly place the CMYK.pf file in the classpath or file system at Resources/colorspace-profiles/CMYK.pf.
