[ANNOUNCE] HttpComponents has gone TLP

The Apache HttpComponents team has left Jakarta and built
a new home as an Apache top level project. The new website
is located here:

  http://httpcomponents.apache.org/
  http://hc.apache.org/

Future releases of HttpComponents, including releases of
the [Jakarta][Commons] HttpClient 3.1 codebase, will no
longer be announced on the Jakarta mailing lists.
Please subscribe to the Apache announcements list [1]
or one of the HttpComponents mailing lists [2] to receive
our announcements in the future.

The HttpComponents team would like to thank the Jakarta
project for providing us a home in which to grow up.
