update of the WSDD Scenario document

Folks:
Based on some of the requirements mentioned for Axis, I have updated the
WSDD Scenarios document containing the proposal for WSDD and the ICF.

(See attached file: WSDD Use Example v10b.pdf)
This is not a complete update of the document to reflect current state of
the requirements so far listed for Axis. However, the requirement that
"service descriptions are NOT required" forced a rethink (a good thing
anyway) about the approach to describing intermediaries to the engine. The
previous document proposed the only way to describe an intermediary web
service was to use a WSDL augmented with conventions using the WSDL
extension framework. This cannot be the only approach (in fact it might
not even survive the next rev of the document). Two other approaches are
proposed. One additional approach is to modify the WSDD to include tags
specific to deploying an intermediary web service (ie clearly outline what
headers are handed, added, etc.). Another approach (for locally hosted
intermediaries) is to introspect the Java class itself and generate the
meta-data.

Oh ya, the WSDD examples are updated in the document. What was in previous
document didn't compile with the WSDDParser. This document now reflects
syntactically correct WSDD (and happens to match the example .wsdd files
shipped with the release of the WSDDParser).

Thoughts? Comments?

ps, I realized too late that the filename says 10b, but the version in the
document is 1.1. Rats, sorry for the confusion.
