How can I specify the class loader to Jasper?

I'm trying to install Jasper (included in Tomcat 4.0 m.4)
as an independent servlet in an other servlet container.

The question is which class loader Jasper uses, when
it compiles a jsp file and invokes the compiled servlet.
It doesn't seems that Jasper uses the same class loader
as its container uses.

How can I specify Jasper the class loader with which
it uses for comiplation and invocation?
