Today i refactored one of the old samples, entity-resolver.
While i was doing that i noticed that some documentation is
starting to appear for certain other samples. However, that
documentation is local to the samples, rather than being
over with the main documentation xdocs, e.g flow, xmlform

It would be better to provide really basic documentation
under samples which links across to the main documentation.
Otherwise all of this useful documentation is not available
in the main xdocs and the user can only see it via Samples.
