error return code 2 on index rebuild

Hello,

I try to build an index on a table and I get this error at the end of the
operation.

I'm using the release from Cloudera (0.20), on Debian Squeeze.

Here is the error message I get on the screen :

FAILED: Execution Error, return code 2 from
org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.exec.MapRedTask

Here is what I do :
- CREATE TABLE ads_requests (dt STRING, page_id INT, query STRING) ROW
FORMAT DELIMITED FIELDS TERMINATED BY '9'  STORED AS TEXTFILE;
- Then I load the data from a local file and proceed to create the index :
- create index IX_page_id ON TABLE ads_requests(page_id) AS 'COMPACT' WITH
DEFERRED REBUILD;

I get the error message with this command :
- ALTER INDEX IX_page_id ON ads_requests (page_id) REBUILD;

Do you know how to fix this error or maybe do you know a workaround ?
