[jira] [Updated] (GOBBLIN-509) Ensure that tar data writer writes within output directory

Abhishek Tiwari updated GOBBLIN-509:
------------------------------------
    Description:
Ensure that tar data writer untars within output directory.

This is similar to config plan changes, where we enforce that config zip is extracted within desired output directory.

While this is not very critical since we expect source and destination to be safe, it is still a good practice to add this check.
