Broken Download Links
The download page on the apache jakarta site is broken. It shows
[preferred], [http], [ftp], etc for the choice of sites to download
from.

Click on Regexp in section "Release Builds", subsection "Using a
mirror". Got sent to the mirror which had regexp downloads:
