My virtual user's home directories are in this format:
/var/vmail/domain.com/<first letter of username>/<username> and spamd didn't
provide anyway to get the first letter of the username.

patch for spamd.raw

patch for spamd.raw to provide substring support for --virtual-config-dir
username and domain (%l and %d)
