Follow up from HIVE-13413.

- Potentially add an option to the script to wait for the llap app to move into RUNNING state. (to avoid an external poll)
- Use stats from slider such as containers.failed.recently, and containers.start.failed to change app health status
- Add additional data to the output - #executors per instance, cache size etc.
