why is some users get maillist mails from a PBL listed ip ? :)

sorry to not be clear, its a user that have this problem outside my own
network when i post here, and that user know how to get it fixed
the debug i have is that there is more then one hop from apache.org to end
user in the above error

Show us your setup of (trusted|internal)_networks and Received: headers.
PBL should only be matched on first external host (taken from Received:
line put by last internal host)
