Binary distribution files for 2.6.7 release

Hi,

I see the binary distribution files have been created in svn[1].
However, I did not see them when I was voting.
Are you including the binary distribution in the 2.6.7 release?
If so, I think we should take at look at the binary files before
official release.

+1. I'd propose not to do the binary distribution in this case.

Ad that way is can be easily confirmed that they were build from the source code.

While ASF projects only release source, in future it’s probably best to vote on them at the same time.

The LICENSE and NOTICE files for instance may need be different.
