Hello Maxim,

I tried to make a schedule in the calendar, typed in two mail adressess but never received the invitation mail? Where do i have to create the invitation and to type in the mail address?

And if this is working - could i create a "group" with the mail of all students so i do not have to type them in every time i want to invite for a lesson?

Is it possible (seond part of my question) to allow "auto-register" at the frontend but having a second check before the user is able to login? Like an admin checking before use?

Mail validation only makes sure, that we have a valid mail address but does not block users until given free by the admin.

I wonder if this might be achieved with the group assigned at registration but i do not really understand how to give"rights" to a group? Maybe something like "may login, change profile but nothing else"-

Best wishes

> if i want to have users that must only be guests e.g. students in a remote seminar.
> The "presenter" shall be able to register so he can easy start a "Public Presentation Room".
> But 50 people shall not need to register and they shall never be allowed to register or use the server without invitaion.
> I can invide registered people but how is it supposed to be done in this situation?
> Hope i was able to express my problem
