[ANNOUNCE][SECURITY] Dnsmasq Vulnerability and CloudStack

All,

Recently, a number of security flaws were recently found in the DNSMasq
tool. This tool is used by many systems to provide DNS and DHCP services,
including by the CloudStack System VMs.
