API release, and deployed

Hi guys,

I haven't done the announcement yet, as I was fixing some bad links on
the API site.

The site should be almost OK, may be a few mirror still have to be
updated, and it may take 24 more hours (I fixed some other bad links
this morning.

The generated docs have just been copied, I hope it will appears
correctly soon.

Feel free to check the site[1] and report any error.

Thanks !
