Description:
Because the plugin.xml lacks {{uses-permissions}} for {{CAMERA}} and {{READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE}}, once a user has denied camera access always, they cannot undo it, even in the permissions setting for the app.
The only workaround is uninstalling/renstalling the app or manually modifying the AndroidManifest.xml to include
{{<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CAMERA" />}}
{{<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />}}
so they can be modified in the application manager settings.
