[DAS] DAS Readme files
DAS uses html file format for it's readme files, but I'm finding too
hard to use a simple text editor or eclipse IDE to edit them after
they get touched by some MS editor, see this clean file [1] versus
this not so clean file [2]. I'd like to suggest that we use some kind
of text editor, or html editor that will not pollute them.
Thoughts ?
BTW, I have cleaned up most of our old sample readme files during beta2 release.

Sorry, will use eclipse IDE from now on. Will check and correct any other
polluted files in RDB DAS
