It's stuck

This is a msg I am getting every time I try to use Openoffice.

"The last time you opened OpenOffice, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again? If you choose not to reopen windows, you may have to open and position the windows yourself.” 
Then there are 2 boxes ‘Don’t reopen’ and ‘Open’. 
This msg just stays on my computer unless I force shut down of my computer. I am using an Apple Macbook Pro, OS X Version 10.9.2

I cannot click on either. Nor can I open the App.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still does the same thing.
I don’t know how to fix this, Pls help.

You need to delete the folder "org.openoffice.script.savedState". It is in the "Saved 
Application State" folder in your User/Library.
